A decision of the Ministry
of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Ferring-Léčiva, a.s., against the decision of the
State Institute for Drug Control from 23. 1. 2019, under the no. SUKLS201291/2017:
- under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article
66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 5 of the decision under appeal is dismissed
and the proceedings are terminated,
- under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code
the appeal is dismissed and the rest of
the decision under appeal is upheld.
