A decision of the Ministry
of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Union of health insurance companies, against the decision of the
State Institute for Drug Control from 5. 2. 2019, under the no.: SUKLS202814/2018:
- under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article
66 paragraph 1 letter f) of the Administrative Code the operative part 2b) of the decision under appeal is dismissed
and the proceedings are terminated,
- under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code
the appeal is dismissed and the rest of
the decision under appeal is upheld.
