A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Apotex Europe B.V., Krka, tovarna zdravil,d.d., Menarini International Operations Luxembourg S.A., Teva Pharmaceuticals CR, s.r.o., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 5. 9. 2013, sp. zn. SUKLS263940/2012:

• the decision under appeal is reversed and the issue is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
