A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Les Laboratoires Servier, Adamed Czech Republic, s. r. o., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 15. 6. 2018, under the no. SUKLS209282/2016 - I. under article 90 paragraph 1 letter c) of the Administrative Code the operative part 1 and 2 of the decision under appeal is changed and the medicinal products are not included in any reference group or group of therapeutically interchangeable medicinal products. II. under article 90 paragprah 5 of the Administrative Code the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld. III. under article 92 paragprah 1 of the Administrative Code the appeal of the appelant Servier is dismissed as inadmissible.
