A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Teva Pharmaceuticals CR, s.r.o., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 26. 4. 2018, under the no. SUKLS81849/2014 - under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph of the Administration Code the remedy decision of the State Institute for Drug Control is reversed and the proceedings are terminated.
