A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp., Merck Sharp & Dohme Limited, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 10. 5. 2018, under the no. SUKLS188482/2018 - under article 92 paragraph 1 of the Administrative Code the appeals are dismissed as inadmissible.
