A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 22. 7. 2016, under the no. SUKLS173230/2016 - under article 92 paragraph 1 of the Administrative Code the appeal is dismissed for inadmissible.
