A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant LEO Pharma A/S, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 16. 11. 2016, under the no. SUKLS 210477/2016 - I. under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 3 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated. II. the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
