A decision of the Ministry
of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Les Laboratoires Servier 50, Union of Health Insurance Companies, against the decision of the
State Institute for Drug Control from 21. 8. 2019,
under the no. SUKLS352037/2018:
- under article 92 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the appeal of the appelant Les Laboratoires Servier 50 is dismissed,
- under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 2 and 4 of the decision under appeal is reversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
