A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Svaz zdravotních pojišťoven, Nutricia a.s., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 31. 12. 2015, under the no. SUKLS208330/2014 - I. under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part
3 - 7 of the decision under appeal isreversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal. II. under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the appeals are dismissed and the rest of the decisions under appeal are upheld.
