A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Svaz zdravotních pojišťoven, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 28. 3. 2017, under the no. SUKLS45597/2014 - I. Under article 90 paragprah 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 1, 3, 9, 10, 11a, 11b, 12, 13, 14a and 14b The decision is reversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
II. Under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the part of the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision 2, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 under appeal is upheld.
