A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Bristol-Myers Squibb spol. s r.o., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 8. 10. 2015, under the no. SUKLS105633/2015 - under article 90 paragraph 4 in connection with article 66 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the operative part 1 and 9 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the proceedings are terminated.
