A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Svaz zdravotních pojišťoven, Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH, against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 23. 10. 2015, under the no. SUKLS268306/2012 - I. Under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the decision under appeal is dismissed and the issue is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal. II. Under article 90 paragprah 5 of the Administrative Code the appeal is dismissed and the rest of the decision under appeal is upheld.
