A decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic regarding the appeal of the appelant Actavis Group PTC ehf., against the decision of the State Institute for Drug Control from 14. 12. 2015, under the no. SUKLS119321/2015 - under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 55, 56 and 57 of the decision under appeal is reversed and the issue is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
