SUKLS208330/2014 - I. under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part
3 - 7 of the decision under appeal isreversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal. II. under article 90 paragraph 5 of the Administrative Code the appeals are dismissed and the rest of the decisions under appeal are upheld.
